Every charter runs with a captain and a deckhand included — they rig the lines, find the fish, and handle the day so you don't have to. For larger parties or longer runs we add crew as needed, at no extra charge.

Before you cast off
Where do we depart from?
La Cruz Marina is our home slip. We'll also pick you up anywhere else in the bay at no extra charge — Nuevo Vallarta Marina, Marina Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta, or Punta Mita by water taxi shuttle. Tell us what's easiest in your inquiry.
How many guests can come?
Up to 15 guests on a day charter, and up to 10 if you're fishing — everyone needs room to work a rod. Overnight trips are capped at 4. The rate is per boat, so the price doesn't change with the size of your party.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to one week before departure. If inclement weather keeps us at the dock, cancellation is free at any time — right up to the morning of. We'd rather reschedule than run a bad day.
How do I pay?
Not on this website. Start an inquiry with the date you want, and we'll confirm availability and send deposit instructions — the deposit is 20% of the charter rate. The balance and variable expenses are settled around the charter.
What are the variable expenses?
Fuel, food, and beverage, billed at cost. Provisioning can be arranged by the crew, or you're welcome to bring your own aboard.
Do I need to bring gear?
No. All fishing gear, tackle, bait, and rigging are included, along with every amenity aboard. Bring sun protection, soft-soled shoes, and whatever you want to drink.
Can we do something other than fish?
Absolutely. Snorkeling, whale watching in season, a run across to Puerto Vallarta, or a day at one of the bay's private beach clubs — the boat is chartered whole, so the day is yours to shape.
